Shipping and Delivery Policy

We here at Vonnies endeavour to keep every product on our site, on our shelves so you can receive them as fast as possible. Unfortunately however, this is not always possible and therefore there may occassionally be some delay in processing and shipping your orders.

In normal circumstances (which is the case for the majority of orders) we ship from anywhere between 1 to 5 business days. So you will have your product in no time at all. If there is a delay of more than 10 business days, which do not include weekends and public holidays, we will endeavour to contact you. 

Flat rate $12.95 for all orders under $59.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions:

• Order total must be above $59 AUD in value. 
• Rural and remote areas of Australia, Australian Islands and External Territories are excluded and will incur a surcharge. 
• Large items over 90cm at longest point may incur a surcharge.
• Lift Kits containing Leaf Springs and items over 25Kgs sent to Residential addresses and rural/remote areas may incur a surcharge. Free postage is still offered to metro business addresses or local depot. 

If your purchase incurs any surcharges our staff will contact you prompty to arrange payment.

If a surcharge is required and the purchaser does not wish to proceed with the sale then you will offered a full refund with no restocking fee.
